Family Practice Nurse Practitioner, Locums - Indiana, No Call

Outpatient clinic in Indiana seeks short-term NP coverage; no call, light patient load, and a fast start.

Highlights

• No call duties
• Fast credentialing; start in October
• Low volume; max 12 patients/day

Practice Setting

• Team includes MD, 2 NPs, RNs, CMAs, and admin staff
• Outpatient-only with Athena EMR
• Family medicine focus for all ages

Schedule

• 3 days/week: Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays
• 7am-6pm with 1-hour lunch
• 30 hours per week total
• Initial 60-day assignment with option to extend

Cases and Procedures

• General primary care
• DOT and employment physicals
• No procedures required

Requirements

• Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
• Active Indiana license and DEA
• DOT certification preferred
