● 30,000 sq. ft. facility purpose-built for gastroenterology
● 10,000+ sq. ft. of dedicated procedure space, with expansion capacity
● Fully equipped GI suites designed for efficiency and patient comfort
Robust Patient Demand
● Take over for a retiring physician and step into a full patient panel
● Large 42-county patient catchment area with no local GI competition
● Consistent, high-volume endoscopy caseload with opportunity for ERCP/EUS (not
required)
Collaborative Support Team
● Experienced, GI-trained Advanced Practice Providers to streamline clinic and procedure
flow
● Dedicated NP managing clinic, 4 MAs per pod, plus seasoned RNs and surgical techs
Flexible Schedule Options
● 4 full days of outpatient procedures weekly (7:30 am-4:00 pm)
● 1 day split between clinic and admin
● Flexible Schedule options available - ex: 3 weeks per month with two weeks off in a row
● No inpatient responsibilities, no call, and no weekends
Competitive Compensation Package
● Base salary of $650K-$700K with significant RVU upside
● Signing bonus, CME allowance, malpractice with tail coverage
