*Job Title:* Acute Care Nurse Practitioner - Intensivist (Nights Only) *Location:* Baylor Scott & White Medical Center - Lakeway, TX *Schedule:* 7 on / 7 off | Nights | 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM *Position Overview:* Baylor Scott & White Medical Center - Lakeway is seeking an experienced *Acute Care Nurse Practitioner* to join our Intensivist team. This is a night-shift only position with a highly manageable patient volume and strong ICU physician collaboration. The ideal candidate will thrive in an autonomous role and be committed to delivering high-quality critical care. *Position Highlights:* • Nights-only schedule: 7 days on / 7 days off (7 PM - 7 AM) • Manageable patient load in a supportive and collaborative ICU environment • Work autonomously alongside a well-established team • Utilizes EPIC EMR system • Competitive compensation and benefits package *Qualifications:* • Active Texas Nurse Practitioner license (ACNP certification required) • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an acute care or critical care setting preferred • Strong clinical judgment and independent decision-making ability • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment Benefits Our benefits are designed to help you live well no matter where you are on your journey.
