Palliative Care APP – Mansfield, OH

Description:

  • Located at OhioHealth Mansfield Hospital 353 Glessner Ave, Mansfield, OH 44903
  • Monday-Friday 8-5 – no weekend or call
  • Very collaborative interdisciplinary team – strong sense of community!
  • The team is made up of 1 physician and 2 APPs
  • Generous Benefits package inclusive of time away pay, CME, and wellness offerings to support work life balance
  • Epic EMR System
  • OhioHealth Physician Leadership Institute and Development Curriculum
  • Provider leadership approach that offers system support for all our providers

Requirements:

  • Ohio PA or NP License
  • Hospice or Palliative background and/or APP Experience preferred
