Practice Overview

• You'll join a team of 5 board-certified Pediatricians and 3 experienced Pediatric NPs/PAs
• Outpatient-only practice with Pediatric Hospitalists managing inpatient care
• Collaborative, multidisciplinary team supported by ample resources and EPIC EMR
• Minor procedures including cryotherapy and incision & drainage performed in-clinic

Schedule

• Flexible 4- or 5-day workweek options
• Light, consultative outpatient backup call rotated among team members
• Target patient volume of ~3 per hour after ramp-up
• No weekend or hospital coverage required

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary commensurate with experience and training

Candidate Requirements

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Pediatric experience required
• Comfortable managing both acute and chronic pediatric conditions
• Commitment to providing high-quality care to underserved populations
