The Role
We're hiring a licensed NP to conduct virtual PrEP - Sexual health consultations, prescribe and manage treatment, review/verify labs, and deliver compassionate care to our diverse patient community. 1099 contractor, paid per completed visit, Flexible hours, work from anywhere.
What You'll Do
Conduct video consultations for PrEP, and sexual health
Prescribe and manage PrEP regimens and related medications
Order, review, and verify required labs (HIV, renal, STI, hepatitis panels)
Treat and follow up on STIs via telehealth
Document encounters in our EHR and collaborate with pharmacy/lab partners
Educate patients on adherence, sexual health, and harm reduction.
Requirements
What You Need
Active NP license Georgia, Texas, Ilinois, or multi-state is a plus
Board certified (FNP, AGNP, or equivalent)
clinical experience sexual health/HIV/LGBTQ+ care preferred
Experience with PrEP protocols and lab monitoring
Strong communication skills — telehealth is all about connection
Tech-savvy and comfortable with remote care platforms
LGBTQ+ affirming, non-judgmental, sex-positive approach
