Pay: Starting at $92.00 per hour, with potential for annual increases based on performance review with the medical director

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Emergency Medicine Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our dynamic healthcare team. This role involves providing high-quality, immediate care to patients in emergency situations across three off-campus emergency departments. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, skilled clinician with a strong foundation in emergency medicine.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and manage patients presenting with acute illnesses and injuries.
Perform emergency procedures such as laceration repair, incision and drainage, fracture reduction and immobilization, among others.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
Provide care to patients of all ages, adhering to evidence-based protocols.
Accurately document patient encounters and maintain thorough medical records.
Stay current with advancements in emergency medicine and maintain required CME.
Qualifications
Active Washington State PA or ARNP license (or ability to obtain).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Emergency Medicine preferred.
Current DEA license.
BLS certification for healthcare providers.
Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to multitask and remain composed in high-pressure environments.
