Location: Off-Campus Emergency Departments affiliated with Good Samaritan Hospital – Parkland, South Hill, and Bonney Lake 

Pay: Starting at $92.00 per hour, with potential for annual increases based on performance review with the medical director

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Emergency Medicine Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our dynamic healthcare team. This role involves providing high-quality, immediate care to patients in emergency situations across three off-campus emergency departments. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, skilled clinician with a strong foundation in emergency medicine.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients presenting with acute illnesses and injuries.
• Perform emergency procedures such as laceration repair, incision and drainage, fracture reduction and immobilization, among others.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Provide care to patients of all ages, adhering to evidence-based protocols.
• Accurately document patient encounters and maintain thorough medical records.
• Stay current with advancements in emergency medicine and maintain required CME.

Qualifications

• Active Washington State PA or ARNP license (or ability to obtain).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Emergency Medicine preferred.
• Current DEA license.
• BLS certification for healthcare providers.
• Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in high-pressure environments.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.
