Requirements

 Qualifications

• Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with an active Maryland license (or ability to obtain).
• Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred; strong new graduates with family practice/urgent care rotations will be considered.
• Comfort in managing both acute conditions and chronic diseases.
• Excellent communication skills with a patient-first mindset.
• Interest in practicing outside of traditional insurance-driven healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients ages 6 and older, including preventive, acute, and chronic care.
• Develop individualized care plans emphasizing lifestyle, prevention, and patient education.
• Perform minor procedures and urgent care interventions (sutures, wound care, etc.).
• Communicate with patients via secure messaging, phone, and telehealth when appropriate.
• Collaborate with our small team of providers to deliver seamless, relationship-based care.
• Maintain thorough but streamlined documentation within our user-friendly EMR.
