Camp Emerson is NOT YOUR ORDINARY SUMMER CAMP! Owned and lovingly operated since 1968 by 2 generations of the Lein Family. Emerson is located in Hinsdale, MA part of the Berkshire Mountains of Western Massachusetts. It is located 3 hours from Boston and New York City and 20 minutes from Tanglewood. 200 Boys and Girls attend two 4-week sessions. During the 2nd session limited 2-week options are available. The unique choice based program includes over 40 activities like science, magic, studio art, electronics, CO2 race cars, cooking, digital photography and more. 100 staff (no CITs or junior counselors).
