This is a Nurse managed private practice located in Spencer and Spirit Lake Iowa. The mission of the company is to provide family practices services along with urgent needs, limited chronic disease management and minor injury care. We provide care 7 days a week. Current hours are Monday through Thursday 9am-7pm, Friday and Saturday 9am-5pm and Sunday noon-5pm.
