Summit Medical Consultants is a physician-owned multi-specialty practice seeing patients in the Skilled Nursing, Long Term Care, Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Home Visit environments throughout Colorado. Our practice is well-known in the community for providing excellent patient care as evidenced by our rapid expansion and reputation.
Company History
Summit Medical Consultants was started in early 2015 by Rajendra Kadari, MD after observing the need for better quality patient care in the post-acute/skilled setting. Since then, the practice has expanded the continuum of care to include long term, assisted living, independent living, and home visit patients.
